Certified Plant Professional Exam: The CPP Exam will offered on Thursday at 8:30am. Applications for the test and order forms for the manual are available online, or by calling the MNLA office at 406.755.3079. Registration for the exam is not included in the Tour registration; if you wish to take the exam and attend Summer Tour, you will need to complete separate registration forms for each. Register online for the CPP Exam here. Registration deadline: July 15th.
Welcome Dinner: All Tour registrants are invited to join us Thursday evening, July 23rd for a welcome dinner. We will enjoy a lively presentation on Successfully Growing Native Plants for Commercial Production, a casual dinner, and a walking tour of Glacier Nursery. The Welcome Dinner is included with your Tour Day registration, and is a great time to see familiar faces and connect before the hustle and bustle of tour day.
Tour Day Details: The Summer Tour will take place around the Flathead Valley on Friday, July 24, 2026. The Tour runs from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Bus transportation will be provided, as well as a detailed map of tour stops for those who wish to use their own vehicle. There will be some fun games and door prizes along the way!
Your registration includes the Welcome Dinner the evening before the Tour, admission to all of the sites, as well as lunch and bus transportation on tour-day.

From farm-to-table food enthusiasts to growers interested in the future of honeyberry production, Big Sky Honeyberries is committed to sharing the story of this nutrient-rich superfruit while supporting a sustainable agricultural future in Montana.
Glacier Nursery
Glacier Nursery is a wholesale nursery located in the Flathead Valley, offering approximately 900 varieties of plants suited to Montana landscapes. Their inventory includes thousands of plants grown to withstand the challenging growing conditions of the Northern Rocky Mountains.
Stillwater Landscape
Stillwater Landscape is a full-service landscape design and installation company specializing in creating beautiful, functional outdoor environments throughout Flathead County and Northwest Montana. We will tour their installation at the Larch House, a luxury boutique hotel located in the historic Railway District of downtown Whitefish.
Center for Native Plants
Center for Native Plants is a native plant nursery in Whitefish dedicated to helping restore and enhance the landscapes of the Northern Rockies through locally adapted plants. They grow a diverse selection of more than 200 species of Montana and Intermountain Northwest native wildflowers, grasses, shrubs, groundcovers, and trees.
Forestoration

LODGING: We have negotiated a discounted room block for Summer Tour guest at the Glacier International Lodge. Centrally located, the hotel offers complimentary breakfast and easy access to all the Flathead Valley offers. There are a limited number of rooms available at the discounted rate. We encourage you to book early before the room block fills. Discounted rooms are available on a first come, first served basis, and must be booked by June 22nd to received the discounted rate.
